Default Coupe's new headliner, smoked headlights, and build sheet, lots of pictures.

The headliner in my coupe was suffering the same fate that all cloth headliners do; it was falling down, and dusting the interior with nasty orange foamy glue crap. So I pulled it out, cleaned the orange crap off (nasty, sticky mess), sprayed it with 3m super 90 adhesive and stuck on some white alcantara-like fabric. I think it turned out pretty nice, but it was a pain in the *** to do haha.

Found the build sheet stuck to the top of the liner, I can't really make a lot of sense out of it, maybe one of you guys can?
Giant picture of it, so I'm just going to link it
Here's the rest of the interior, with my newly refinished wood shift ****. My gas pedal broke off the other day. Kind of knew it would happen eventually, guess I need to replace the whole assembly?

And finally my headlights. I was lucky enough to find a set of almost new Depo european lights and clear corners in the salvage yard for a grand total of $30! Not able to leave well enough alone, I took the lenses off and painted non-essential surfaces black. I also did it to the corners, they were much much harder to do, though.

With the amber city lights on:

Hope you like it.

Default Beautiful! Some questions for you...

How exactly did you do this? Did you mask off the lens? I've heard that chrome on those peels very easy...so what did you do?

Also, in your water leak pictures - did you figure out adn fix it? I am curious becasue I have the same problem but have been lazy to investigate more as the car is not a DD any more...
TIA

Default Looks good. Clean interior. Headlights not bad at all. Solution for pedals>>>

I wish I could get ALL black headlights & turn signals then I would jump on that band wagon. Just the fact that the black part is really only an outline I skip the process all together. To each their own. Haven't had time but I completed my headlight project last weekend. Write up hopefully comes soon. Stay tuned.

This is on my list as well, the TT pedal upgrade.

Good looking paint job you got there ;-)

Good find on the Depos. My pedal fell of about 4-5 years ago, weight savings! :P
