CQ window regulator stuck down, in Seattle...

Not a great time of year for this to happen... My window has been making some interesting noises latetly, now it is stuck in the down position.
Anyone local have a driver's door window lift/lower mechanism? Sounds like the motor is doing it's part, but the cables are all fraying, creaking, etc.
Any idea if this is a common part between 80/90/100s'? I realize my window is probably longer than those, but the assembly might be the same.

Another well known problem on CQ's. The little green wheel breaks apart.

You will,need to buy OEM parts to fix it. Some here may have used cables from Home Depot or Lowes but the pulley is the main culprit. Check it carefully.

I have all the regulators from my 90, if parts of that will help?

Is it possible to slavage pulleys from a different model without destroying them?

Pulled assembly out, cable bound up in motor pulley.

A few broken plastic bits that provide tension to the absolutely thrashed cable. Anyone know where I can get one quick?

A quick survey says that the pulleys in the corners might survive after a good bit of greasing. The big yellow pulley in the motor doesn't look to good but might just make it. Anybody know if that comes with the cable kit or is it part of the motor?

Thanks guys, between this site and 20V.org, I have saved quite a bit of time and pain. Of course, I haven't paid for the cable kit yet...

Parts from Home Depot fixed mine 100%.

Do tell...

The little anchors are the parts that worry me about a DIY fix, they fit into relatively small cavities. Cable is obviously easy to source, it is securing the ends that I am not sure about.
