Default Does anyone know of an Easier way to remove the air filter?

It seems like such a pain in the *** to get the thing out. Over the years I have just fiddled with it for what seems like 30mins to an hour and just thought I would see if anyone had any insight.

They arent too bad. Now ford cone air boxes, and dodge caravans are bad.

Default yup[, and don't be afraid to wrestle with it... the fuel lines going to the distributor

are all braided and can be moved around. Once you aren't afraid to pull the whole fuel distributor to the side (towards the engine) to clear the sheet metal over the headlight, then yank up on it and push it out of the way, the whole job only takes 30 seconds... The trick is just getting that whole top section of the airbox out from under the sheetmetal!
