E-brake handle stuck up after snow donuts. Rolls when neutral, so don't think it's actually engaged
To remove #19, you have to first pry the undersides of # 20 apart (they are hooked into a notch on the underside of the lever #1). Then get under the square tang with a thin pick, push # 19 slightly toward the rear so that you can lift it off the hook with the pick. Lift up on the tang, and when you get it high enough to get over the hook, then # 19 will pull off of the front. When you get it off, check to make sure that the hook has not been raised too high by someone pulling like a madman on # 19 trying to get it off. If it looks like this is the case, you might want to bend it down slightly so that removal is a little easier the next time.
