Exhaust or cams for a 1995 audi 90 sport
I am debating between getting cams or a stebro exhaust for my next upgrade. I know the cams will yield more hp but how hard is it to install them? Has anyone done it before that can give me some advice? Thanks for the input.

Require a couple special tools! Tool # 3243 you will need to loosen, tighten and align the cam shafts. A small gear puller to remove the cam shaft sprockets. You could use crankshaft holding tool #3242, as the timing belt will need to be re-setup. Last but not least a torque wrench, metric sockets, and breaker bar.
You'll need the Bentley Factory Repair Manual to get all the special proceedures and torque spec's it outlines.
Plus all associated seals and gaskets to ensure a
"leak free" install.
The rad fan should come out to make more room!
With all these, the job is rather routine.
