yes please clear coat them.. they will blend in with the car alot better... looks nice..!!!

Default If your rattle-can paint job was done good ..
then they should have a shine already?

Over-spray, can cause the finish to not shine, where some folks use clear-coat to cover up. ;O)

Default your gonna get pulled over for that..too dark.
rear tails have to be visible from 500ft away at night.

BTDT! Had same problem. Cop pulls me over, gives me a ticket.

Went to court, judge sets up test, at night, and my tail lights were plainly visable
at 500ft.

Dismissed! ;O)
