Default fuel dist part numbers.....

so i found a fuel dist it has a diffrent part number then the one on my car and the one scargo said i should use? will this wor on my 1990- audi 80 4cyl 5speed? 026 133 353

Default That's not a good part number from what I can see, any letters after the last 3 digits?

026 133 481 CX is for '88-'92 4-cyl 3As

A standard "C" would work also.

not even on the one thats on my car.

Default I searched online for the p/n you posted and it made a reference to a Typ81 ('80-'84) 4000s...

...or 80 for the rest of the world. Site was in German I think...but it listed that p/n for older 4-cyl cars.

Do you have any idea what car it came off of?

Default Maybe someone that knows the 3A fuel system better can shed some light...

...All '88-'92 3A fuel distributors are the same part # according to ETKA...

Does it look similar/like a direct swap?

Default Is it cheap? If it's the wrong one, relist it on eBay or something...

...if he's sure it's from a 3A engine 80/90 you *should* be okay...didn't a few yards on car-part.com have them here locally in Denver? That way you could see the engine/car it's coming off of.

40 bucks comes with a cold start valve also.

Give it a shot...worst case, you're out $40...beats $900+ for new/refurb. from the dealer/impex!
