Default HELP - how to replace serpentine belt

Hi
Has anyone replaced the serpentine belt on a v6 Audi (mine's a 94 90Q).

I have the updated tensioner (shorter belt), But I can't find a way to loosen it so that I can release the tension and remove/replace the belt.

AlldataDIY manual says to preload the tensioner bolt using a 17mm wrench. My car has no 17mm bolt on the tensioner pulley.

Any help would be appreciated...
