Help with instrument cluster harness clips?

I can't seem to get the square colored clips/harnesses undone which hook the wires into the back of my instrument panel. I don't want to break anything... is there a certain trick to this?

lil flat head,small screwdriver, pry up the tabs, from the top

I just grab the top edge and rock the harness back and forth.

They come out pretty quick that way. Had to pull three out in my last junkyard adventure.

There is a clip on the top. Pop that up and then they just pull out.
