heres my AC/heater Blower motor dissasembled

<center><img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/32144/dscf0258.jpg"></center><p>That little silver bushing (next to the left handle of the wire cutters) is what was making all that noise and burning up the resitor! I almost thought about rebuilding mine with ball bearings... I think Arizona Autohausaz is getting my $100 for a whole new unit.

brushes appear like they aren't that bad.

Also I am trying to fix the heater control

manual type. It doesn't seem to be reaching full heat. What do I look for? Is it a vacuum system and therefore a hose I'm looking for? Do I need to replace the control valve for the heater core? Will the dash need to be removed for control valve replacement or repair?
