how far is the sunroof supposed to open????

Default how far is the sunroof supposed to open????
mine only slides back to where there is about a 8" opening, then the button clicks and it stops, and won't go back anymore. it doesnt seem like it is stuck, just stopping, like that's what it's supposed to do or something. shouldn't it open all the way? thanks.

Sedan sunroofs do not open fully...

Default Mine opens to about 4" from all the way open...
...I'm not too familiar with these sunroofs, but I imagine the motor/gear/cable is out of whack...either from someone messing with it, or it jumped some teeth...dunno for sure.

Default None of the '44's I've had did/do, and I don't remember the old '88 90 opening fully either.
The CQ's doesn't, but has a larger roof opening to begin with.
