how hard would it be to put the original turbo coupe fender flares onto our cars?

how hard would it be to put the original turbo coupe fender flares onto our cars?
i really like the flares but cant spent 1000+ for an ABT kit. so how hard do you think it would be to put those flares on a b3 90? i know you can use the B4 flares as well but are there any other flares that fit..or could you use a universal flare?..thanks for any and all responses
