Default Not very well
Audi struggled to sell the coupes at the time they were produced. And american's don't typically take well to turbo lag, until recently.

Default Guessing back then it may have cost upwards of 50k, so probably not well.
Audi was struggling to sell in N.A. during that period as it was.
