If heated seat relay clicks,it means it's good, right?
My driver's seat heater doesn't work. When turning the pass side ON,there's an audible click.I swapped relays between sides and pass still clicks loud, while driver's side only gives a quiet 'zoink' when moving to 1.Do You think it's time to tear apart the seat?

Step 1. Get an ohm meter and check the resistance of the two heater elements.
If the meter reads resistance, the element is probably good. Infinite resistance means the element is broken inside the seat.

I've never heard them "zoink"... haha
LOL... Mine both make a soft clicking sound when on, it seems that it has to do with the thermister. Try reversing the switches and see if you can get the drivers seat to work, if not you've narrowed it down to the wiring itself or the element, which you can test.

Mine click when they reach temp
Once they warm up to the set temp, the relays click on and off as though they can't decide what to do. Very annoying, so I turn them on to 6, let them warm up, then shut them off. BTW, I installed they whole system from a junkyard car. I wonder if is missed something critical in the install.
