I'm a noob and need some tires for my 94 90 quattro
I'm a noob who just a few months ago bought a 94 90 quattro. whoever had the car before me had 205/50/15 falken azenis sport tires on the car that were really qrippy tires, but the fronts are worn completely and the backs are not much better. i want to replace the suspension with bilsteins and some lowering springs get an alignment and replace the tires at the same time. doing all this together means no wheels at the moment, im too broke. however i was thinking i might go for a wider set of tires. i am now torn between 3 possibilities. i could stay with the stock 205/50/15 in the new bfgoodrich g-force sport. i could go for 215/55/15 kumho ecsta 711's or i could try 225/50/15 in the bfgoodrich g-force sport. will the 225's even stay on my stock wheel, and if they will, will i have rubbing issues (im thinking about the vogtland springs? does anyone have any experiance with the kumhos or think they would be worth trying? or should i just keep the stock size until i can afford some wheels. i would greatly appreciate any help. thanks.

Stock is 195/65-15 or 205/60-15 for the 1993-1998 cars...
As well as the 1990-1991 CQ.
As far as what tire will work on your wheel, need to know what wheels are on your car first (15x6 or 15x7?), and what tires you are looking at. TireRack.com gives info out on things like that (if the tire is certified for a certain wheel size).
