Default I do...

<center><img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/22378/dscn0857.jpg"></center><p>I recentley removed all the brackets for the engine covers as well.

Pic is a little old, and the engine is dirty. I got a new vac canister and moved it to the firewall. The plastic strips on the valve covers were also removed and I cleaned everything up a bit.

Default bottom engine cover or top engine cover?

IMHO the bottom engine cover "belly pan" is functional and should not be removed.
The top engine cover is useless.

Default How about the engine under cover?

Where I work they are often needed for aero. That is improved gas mileage. I'd like to remove mine but I think it helps keep the salt mist away to some degree anyways.

Default i drive top off all year... bottom goes on for winter. i know my system is weird, considering that

1pissedoff90 has posted that the engine bay actually stays Cooler with the bottom tray. So it would make more sense for me to run the tray during summer.... but whatever, it's too much of a bitch to get on/off with the car lowered. And I choose to have it in winter time cause I don't want all the snow 'n sh*t coming up under the engine. So it all makes sense for me

check yah later
