LOWERING SPRINGS

LOWERING SPRINGS
After returning my coilovers due to wrong specs (and will not have a stock for the next 3 weeks) I decided to buy a set of FK springs. It was suppose to give me a 40mm drop but after installation, the front sits about 2.25" lower while the back about 1". Do you guys think the dealer shipped the wrong set of front springs. It rides great with no rubbing but the front looks significantly lower than the back.

Re: Does cutting the bump stops affect ride height?
Why would you want to do that? "Bump stops" are actually foamy-type springs, used to take the impact of bottoming out. Newer cars use them even more so as an active member of the suspension. I would not touch them.
