I don't see how he gets over 500HP, maybe i am missing something. Glanced at specs and see nothing that would give it that much HP. Very nice looking car though.

Internals don't give things away, neither do new injectors and an RS2 MAF sensor, or a different ECU program.
I couldn't tell what turbo and exhaust its running, but its entirely possibly that it is making 500hp at the crank.

Howdy! Very possible with what looks to be a very large turbo, does it say S1 turbo? K27, BIG turbo. Bigger injectors, S1 airbox, larger intercooler, custom software, solid engine internals, 500bhp is possible. Not at the wheels though, at least I wouldn't think so. A K27 turbo with the right intercooler, fueling, and control can get to 500bhp. I've seen that car before as well, only S2 I know of with an S1 airbox, the airbox alone is like $2k, and that is if you can find it, loads of S1 parts are N/L now.
Cheers!

Looking back at the text and engine pics it is obvious that the turbo is downright massive along with the large intercooler he installed i totally understand now. SInce the S2 was tuned by porsche it got a bigger maf, turbo, exaust manifold and injectors that the normal 20v turbo didn't have. I just assumed that is what he was talking about. Now i see he upgraded even more. Don't see anything about ecu reprograming but it is a given that it must be done with those kinds of mods.
