My Alternator belt broke...4cyl model 80 , 1988
How do I remove the ac compressor belt(my ac hasn't worked in years , so , I was going to cut it) , and crankshaft drive belt , so I can replace the alt/power steering belt?

you get the pleasure of learning about dumb stuff that Audi did now...
There is no slide type adjustment for the A/C belt, you have to remove the 4 bolts that hold it to the side of the engine block, remember where the washers were because that's how you adjust the A/C belt tension, and maneuver the compressor to get the belt off. Fun times!. If you are not planning on fixing the A/C ever...cut the belt.
Don't know what you mean by crankshaft drive belt, but the P/S pump and the Alternator both have adjusters...they both pivot to adjust the tension

Re: I cut the A/C belt, power steering pump wouldn't budge

I mangled the adjuster for the P/S pump , I had loosened the pivot bolt , and then all other bolts , and couldn't get the pump , to loosen . I gained a pry bar , after completely removing the adjuster assembly , and got the pump to move . No more rattle , in the engine compartment , that I have experienced for 4 years , after replacing 2 belts .I had thought that my wasser pump bearings or PS pump , or main pulley was bad . and the kicker , my heater came back to normal , after overheating , when the belt broke and was replaced .
