Default Need urgent help!

Bald tires + fresh snow = bent control arm

I'm out of town for the holidays and of course when I head out to leave this happens. Does anyone know a good site to get a cheap driver side control arm overnighted? I found one on drivewire.com for $370 + shipping.

I'm going to try to call the audi dealership tomorrow morning to see if they have a cheap one to get here tomorrow, but it'll probably cost a lot more than that.

I know I can fix this myself it's just a bolt off bolt on part, but it's so expensive.

1995 90 quattro btw

Default I ended up getting the one at drivewire...

I don't really have time to sit around and call people all day. It needs to get sent out first thing in the morning.

Are controls arms so expensive because of lack of parts inventory? $370-$430 seems like a huge price for a simple piece.

That is an insane amount of money for that part. $50 used, max.

Default I found one at germanautoparts.com for $285.55 + shipping.

Comes with bushings but no ball joint. With overnight shipping looking at likely around 300-330, still less than the one at drivewire.

Default Jim Green <- oops Edit: *Jim Bush*

sells powder coated B4's, and lives in west Michigan.
Price is good, location is close, and quality is good as new.
