Miktip's right the easiest way to do it is contact SGI and pay them about 3-4k. I've looked into a 90 to A4 and the US A4 is 4 cm longer then the 90. so either you do lots of cutting or you contact SGI. Pricey either way you do it, easier w/ SGI's kit....
