Default No headlights/foglights. Help................

One hour ago, the headlights were working fine on my '93 90CS. Got home, parked the car, came out about 30 minutes later and no headlights or foglights. I can flash the headlights using the hi/low switch, but neither the hi beams or low beams work normally. My foglights also do not come on. I washed the car today, but didn't spray the engine compartment or anything like that.

Any ideas? Thanks for your help.

Mike

Default Grab a switch at the local yard.

One bolt for the wheel, the wheel pulls right off, no need for a puller, switch pulls right out. It's the simplest thing in the world.

What about removing the airbag? I've got the Bentley CD and it looks easy, but they post a lot of warnings, like if I look at it the wrong way, the airbag will go off in my face. Otherwise, it looked pretty straightforward. Is it also easy to remove the airbag?

Thanks.

So easy that you will be able to score me one for the 100 with the trip computer function! I know you haven't been able to get out to the yard lately. Let me know when you get a chance.

P.S. I couldn't stop laughing when you told that RS_2.55 to eat your ***!

Ok, I heard that the air bag is still "hot" after the battery is unplugged (wait 15 minutes). You will also need to unhook the wire for the bag. I'll let the others tell you where it is(somewhere under console....)With the battery disconnected(15 minutes) and switch disconnected you should be golden!:-)
