ok..WHERE is this release tab for the E-barke handle??

There is a little slot on the non-handle portion, right under the lip.

You don't have to take it off to pull the center console off...is that what you're trying to do?

Default second Azeem's comment. it's tight but u can pull the console up past the Ebrake...

just takes a bit of wiggleing and gentle prying

Notice that the Ebrake cover is still on, but that the center console is out ;-)

The higher you can get the ebrake lever, the easier it is to remove the center console... ;o)

having done this more times than I can remember, I can get the entire console off in like less than a minute.

Thanks Azeem and others....just riped her out O there without removing E-Brake handle.
