The cam timing isn't very good for a high CR turbo engine. I've compared notes with another 7A owner a couple years ago about this. If you can get the cam timing right, you can run more than a few psi boost ;-)

If you like the car now, you'll LOVE it after you've driven it through this coming winter's snowstorms!
If you need new tires, I recommend Nokian WR tires. They are technically an all-season tire but perform very well in the snow. Snow turn-in feel and reduced stopping distances are the biggest benefit. They come in H or V rated. You can't beat this tire if you want snow performance without sacrificing decenthandling or longer treadlife.
