both. The sound is perfect. performance, some say 2.5 takes away low end,
i didnt notice any, but it just flows alot better in higher rpms. With installation and a used muffler its been about $1000 though. But its perfect for me.

how IS the sound? does it drone into the car? that's what I'd mainly be trying to get away from...
i LOVE the scream that my exhaust gets into under power, but at just city cruising the drone becomes rather annoying. Ideally I'm after something that is a bit quiet at rest, but that is noticeable on accelerations. Maybe I just need 2 performance mufflers instead of the glasspack + performance muffler combo I got now.
