Putting the transmission back in a '88 90Q should I swap axle's side to side???

Default Putting the transmission back in a '88 90Q should I swap axle's side to side???

Just a thought I had. Would it not ware on the newer surfaces?? Or is there something in there that "took" a set to the way it was.

Just curious on opinions

Default Also, my trusted Audi wrench said to put GL-5 in the transmission, they always do???

Any thoughts??

Yeah, you should leave out the word trusted.

don't think you need to rotate axles.... people get rebuild axles all the time
