QPilot u out there?
Did U get arround to any experementing thit that colour difuseing film??
if so...what exactley did U do and how did it work?
I just got some new red in that is not kinda wrinkled like the red I sent U, if the old red worked well than this stuff will work WAY better.
It is geting warmer here so I am gonna do mine next weekend above C5 degrees.

Re: QPilot u out there?..... yep, a bit hungover but yea I'm "here" =S
as to your querey, I'm sorry to say but none of the media really worked as I had thought (this includes the gels.) The LED's that I am using are just to bright and they pierce straight through any of the filters I put in from of 'em. The ONLY one which remotely helped was the thickest darkest red sheet I had scored, and even still I think I'll haveta double it up in order to quell the hotspot.
Sorry to dissapoint you L.P., as I too was kinda dismayed. I'm not sure what I'm gonna try next...maybe black construction paper or else something that is super dense. But as I said, all 6 different sample pieces that I'd acquired didn't even change the shade of the light. So back to the drawing board and I'll keep ya'll posted of what I end up with. Thanks for helpin me out with the samples though, as without trying we woulda never known =)
take care
