But both fans turn on when a/c is on. I replaced the temperature switch and drain it and fan still will not come on. I noticed that the radiator is not warm when I touch it with my hands even when the temp gauge needle past 3/4. Both lower and upper radiator hose seems warm by touch. If I turn on the a/c to make both fans turn it still overheats on stop and go traffic.

I am not sure if the radiator is clogged.
or a thermostat or water pump is bad where both was replaced 3 years ago. how can I tell?

2. water pump isn't pumping water
3. you are out of coolant
4. you have a missing or broken radiator hose
5. your temp guage is wrong
6. you are talking about a radiator in another car
7. your hands are made out of wood
8. you don't know what a radiator is
