Replaced coolant temperature sensor and fuel filter on my CQ. Still having cold start and hot start
problems. If it's below -2 Celsius the car will take 4 or 5 minutes to start!!! It also takes a while to start when it's hot but only a few seconds. Any ideas? I have checked all my vacuum lines and foudn no leaks.

It sounds fuel related. Did you change the G62 sensor or the mFTS?
The G62 is responsible for the engine start, not the MFTS. However, I'm sure you're already aware of this. Heck, maybe it's you injectors? My old ones caused after start problems(stumbling until first or second shift). The 034efi injectors fixed that and then some;-)
