Anyone with any ideas on how to get these rounded off allen key bolts out? Please?

but the pulley is deep.... its never that easy! :-(

Stick a set of vise grips on it (The bigger ones) really tight - strait on. Then try to twist them off. I use this method to get off stripped phillips screws with a raised head. May work - and a torch will help too - but not too hot!

I had to use them to get off the drive axle when i stiped a allen head good luck
