Default So what are the ways of tracking vacuum leaks?It's for 90 20V

Idle has been high-about 1200-1400 Rpm and wondering from time to time.ISV was cleaned 2 times but a while ago.I also have a K&N cone,that I haven't cleaned in a while

You can get a pressure test at your local autoparts store.
