ever sience i put im new intake box on i have to press the gas to the floor and turn the key 3 or 4 times b4 it starts. then i get a big cloud of smoke. i have checked and rechecked 4 vacum leaks and i found nothing i even tested the heat thingy that opens the door for warm air from the exhaust and that works fine. any sugestions?

looks a little grayish. it smells also an di just put a new cat on!
