Default Torque Loss...93/90CS

I have lossed torque at 4000 RPM. I thought it could be the switch over valve ($150 piece)...However that did not solve the problem (will be returning it obviously). The only other possibly would be something in the exhaust correct? I can't even red line in second gear...Any other solutions out there?????

Default Agreed.

Take a large stick, go under your car, and hit the catalytic converters. If they rattle, that is bad.
