Default UPDATE...Got the head off, no cracks visibal yet, still need a little help

1) What is the bolt torque and tightening pattern for the head? (Will it say in my bentley? It is coming from OH and should be here sometime tomorrow.)

2) where is the tightener for the timing belt? need to loosten it some when i go to put it back on tomorrow.

3) Should i use a spray tacky supstance with the new headgasket, or is the headgasket itself good?

thanks for the help.

Default hand tighten > 29ftlb all > 43ftlb all > additional 1/2 turn all

tensioner is a bearing right under cam sprocket

I5=water pump is the tensioner. It rotates a bit with the outer bolts loose.
