Ventilation problem...HELP!
93 90S
I have the DIY CC head- you know, the one with three dials. My problem is with the fan speed. When the car is moving on the highway with the fan control off, I get a slight breeze through the vents (Like the thing is on 1, but its not). I don't mind that, but the part that really gets me is that the fan does not turn on at all unless I turn the selector to 3 or 4. What are some likely causes, and what can I do to fix the problem? Thank you!

Either your resistor pack is n/g...or...the blower motor is shot...

...as in my case, it's ate 2 new resistor packs already...just have to get around to R&Ring it.
A lot of people can get away with just replacing the resistor pack...so it's worth a try...
PMC has it for about $20, EAS has it for about $18 for 1993 and earlier cars, it's about $70 for 94 and newer...

Definately the Blower Resistor
I blew one in my car when my custom air filter fell into the blower motor and caused it to stop spinning. Change the resistor and you'll solve your problem, but before you do, remove the shroud from the outside and make sure that you can turn the blower by hand. If something is blocking the blower your resistor will blow again.
