I'm going to the police station of the township that the construction is taking place in tomorrow morning to file a report. (town of amherst) Then I'm gonna swing by the construction site and see what company is doing the work. If my dad knows the owner then maybe this will be easier than I thought. If not then I am going to proceed to report it to my insurance company and fax a letter and pictures of the wheel to the construction company. Then I'm gonna go to my office with my bro's truck and pick up my stock uglies (wheels) and come home and put them on and drive my car up to my mechanic's shop and see if anything else is busted on the car.
