What aftermarket CQ exhausts are 50 state smog LEGAL?

I was thinking about the Stebro, but can't find out any info on whether it will pass the strict California smog tests as well as officially being certified as CA state smog legal with CARB number. Thanks!

None no aftermarket exhaust is legal in New Hampshire and there's no smog testing.

I think anything after cat are not related to smog.
I brought my car to BAR smog referre with custom made 3" exhaust for the conversion, it passed just fine.
