just changed my tranny after finding the plug (nice thick alloy boot guard) and drained it out and geesh what brown it was. it was actually pretty thin so i am guessing with records its the factory sythetic lube. it was dirty, final drive....now that was like carmel....pretty thick, dark.....goop.
car should be thanking me now for putting pure synthetic amsoil in....i can't wait to see if i can feel it more smooth tomorrow.

seems smoother, shifting is a bit more slick and I dont hear any noise from the back at all now, nothing.....its really quiet. The stuff that came out was like carmel syrup....that couldnt of been good for efficency and mpg.
funny thing is, i priced mobil 1 synth locally and it was about 8 bucks a qt, amsoil which by all tests is better was 7.25 i think, plus tax and shipping so about the same round trip...same price, it comes to your door I mean what the heck, its good stuff.
