Bluetooth module??

Bluetooth module??
Just bought a Audi a1 2014 1.4 tfsi ego and bluetooth isn’t working, restarting the system, factory reset, firmware update, etc
nothing works, I tried looking for the bluetooth module but couldn’t find it, does anyone know where it is or what the problem may be?
when I try to connect a BT device it says searching for like 1-3 seconds and then says “no device found” and wont let me connect anything.
also in BT setting when I turn BT off it freezes and cant move anything unless I restart the system or turn BT on via media/tel option
please if anyone knows how to fix it or if Im out of option and have to change the whole radio?
