I'm having a problem with my 2015 1.8T Audi A3 with 799222k miles. My dash is currently showing the EPC, 4k max RPMs, Check engine, and TPMS (possibly unrelated) lights. I have taken it to two separate mechanics. I have attached the work done by the both. Most recently I had the coolant valve replaced. However, after all of the work was done my temperature gauge shows just under overheating when driven more than 5-10 minutes or during idle. In addition to these problems, it shifts gears poorly and when driving RPM's run a lot higher in between gear shifts.

First repairs and diagnostic report. Had about 72k miles on it

Second repair plus diagnostic report. After reportedly fixed EPC & Max 4000 RPMs appeared. Brought back in 5 minutes. Mechanic stated it was a loose hose. Code was gone for a while. About 75k miles atp.

Most recent mechanic visit (in a different state). Said it was working fine at pick up and ran well. But a day later EPC and max RPM came on again. It went away one time for almost a day, car ran much smoother until codes came back on again.
I'm at a loss for what the cause could be. Has anyone else experienced this?
