Audi A3 door not unlocking/locking

Hello, there are a couple problems w my Audis doors

When unlocking with key buttons, only the right back door unlocks. The driver door has to be opened by putting key in, the other two have to be opened from the inside.
When locking with key buttons, only the right back door locks 100% of the time. It’s rare that all doors lock just from pressing the lock button on key. The rest of the time I have to turn the key in the driver door, then use the key to lock the rest of the doors from the inside of the car on the door panel.
The doors are also unable to be locked from the inside door switch.
Recently the left rear window doesnt go up or down. The button on the back door doesn’t work to move the window and the driver side window button doesn’t move it as well. But it does move all the other windows.

does anyone know how to fix these issues without taking it in to dealer ? Thank you !
