Audi A3 Problems
A few weeks ago I had a "Hick-up" while driving my A3 (diesel), at the same time the "pre-heating" light on the dashboard started to glow short. This happend again the day before yesterday. Yesterday while driving the car suddenly stopped so I had no more power. I could park the car at the side of the road safely. Before doing this and while rolling-out (I still had some speed) I tried to start the car again, but it refused. When the car went down, the alarm started ringing. After I stopped I checked the "Accu" and the Oil, lights were still working. Furthermore, I could start the car again and it drove fine. I brought it to the official Audi garage, and there they read out the computer but no logging was present. They dont know the reason for this but suspect the "RPM"-sensor and replaced it.
My Question: Has anyone ever encountered this problem and do you know what is causing this? Thanks in Advance.
