Default B7 S4 Recaro to 8p A3 S-Line Retrofit

Hey! I spent the better part of today searching every forum for this information and can not find it. So if this exists somewhere already, apologies! I can post in the B7 forum as well.

I have a 2007 Audi A3 S-Line Sportback with power/heat driver and manual/heat passenger seat. I purchased a set of B7 S4 Recaros, which are full power/heat on both sides

BUT, the reason for this post is WIRING. I've sorted the Airbag and Heat harnesses. I'm pending the red PWR harness and the black Sensor harness.

QUESTION: Does anyone have pinouts on the passenger sensor/seatbelt harness? Both harnesses have 5 wires. Colors and photos below.
A3 S-Line Pins
1- Green, red
2- Brown
3- Red
4- Gray, yellow
5- Green, yellow

B7 Recaro Pins

3- Green
4- Green, blue
5- Brown
6- Green, red
7- Black
8- x

Also, I have to get the power seat motors and rear footwell lamp power sorted.

(A) Can I tap the driver's side power and ground for the power seats and bring it over to the passenger side? Or is there a better way to do this

(B) Is there an easy place for me to tap into an interior light power for the footwell lights on the B7 Recaros? I'd obviously want these to be on the same switch as the overhead lights.

To address your specific question about the passenger sensor/seatbelt harness, here's a potential solution for the pinouts:

A3 S-Line Pins:
  1. Green, red
  2. Brown
  3. Red
  4. Gray, yellow
  5. Green, yellow
B7 Recaro Pins:
  1. Not specified (x)
  2. Not specified (x)
  3. Green
  4. Green, blue
  5. Brown
  6. Green, red
  7. Black
  8. Not specified (x)
To match the wiring between the two harnesses, you may consider the following connections:
  • Connect A3 S-Line Pin 1 (Green, red) to B7 Recaro Pin 6 (Green, red).
  • Connect A3 S-Line Pin 2 (Brown) to B7 Recaro Pin 5 (Brown).
  • Connect A3 S-Line Pin 3 (Red) to B7 Recaro Pin 3 (Green).
  • Connect A3 S-Line Pin 4 (Gray, yellow) to B7 Recaro Pin 4 (Green, blue).
  • Connect A3 S-Line Pin 5 (Green, yellow) to B7 Recaro Pins (not specified, you may need to leave them unconnected unless further information is available).
Remember to double-check and ensure the compatibility of the functions associated with these pins in both A3 S-Line and B7 Recaro seats. Additionally, it's advisable to consult with experts or resources specific to Audi forums for any additional insights or corrections.
