Bluetooth & Aftermarket Stereo

I've got a 2011 Premium Plus A3 on order with Bluetooth connectivity. I am curious if I can install a new stereo in the future and still keep the Bluetooth functionality...

Anybody know? Is it a function of the factory stereo head unit?

Yes--the bluetooth unit connects to the headunit. I don't know if it will interface with a non-OEM headunit.
