Default Doesn't appear to

TT is 5X100 and the calipers are different offset and stuff

I havent had a chance to pop a wheel off and compare to some A4/S4/TT stuff I have laying around

I'll do that soon

Default why?

The stock brakes actually feel pretty good to me so far. If you plan to track it, then that's another story. Swapping pads may be enough or using Motul brake fluid, etc. etc.

Default In europe the A3 uses the B6/B7 S4 caliper and carrier 345mmX 30.

It does use a different part number rotor .

The B5 S4 setup will work , the only problem is wheel clearance
