Default Doors

When i took delivery of my car the passenger door did not shut under its own weight, you had to really slam it shut. The driver door was fine. I rarely use the passenger door but my missus does and got annoyed.

My dealer took the door off and re-hung it, problem solved but now the door is not flush with the body work and it looks as if i have had a botched repair done after an accident.

Any ideas anyone???<p>2000 A3 quattro

Default I'm surprised they took the door off...

Seems a bit drastic.

I can remember the technician that worked on my car saying the doors are a pain to adjust, in any sort of way. So taking them off and putting them back on again sounds like a very hard job to me.

Johns right though, insist on quality.

I just hope they can get the fitment back to how it was when the car left the factory. Be warned it may take a few trips back to the dealer.

Good luck.
