Default Drivetrain Malfunction leading to check engine light

Hey, 17’ S3 over the last 4 months it’s been jerky when accelerating from 1,100 rpm’s to 1,900 rpm’s (when you get into higher rpm’s it feels fine)the first time this happened i took it to audi they change some of the coil packs over and the issue was fine then came back changed all spark plugs and coils, came back recently changed the fuel injectors ran fine for a month now the same issue again. Anyone have any idea what could be causing this? If i plug an OB2 into it it always read a “PO30” code changes from each one also like the car can’t handle the power it has but it’s fully stock. got a new battery about a year and a half ago doubt it’s that. I’m just stuck on what it could be since the Coil packs, spark plugs and fuel injectors have less than 5,000 miles on them and are all OEM parts. Thank you
