As the title says "Heavy rain set off the alarm and hazard lights" last week on Saturday 19 December we had an enormous amount of rain.
I like to look out of the window when it's raining heavy like that, so imagine my surprise when I see my A3 flashing away (could not hear the alarm through the double glazing), so I picked up my keys walked outside and hit the remote and it stopped.
The street was totally empty as you can probably imagine, so just to be sure I walked all the way round the car checking doors any damage etc. and all was good.
Since I have had the car this never happened before even though we have had some strong rain.
Everything is intact the is no wiring showing or anything else that might give rise to current change.
Has anybody had anything like that or even similar ?
