it's what they here called "angel eyes"...
it's first known from the new 5 series headlight, right?
here you can buy taiwan-made, double round, headlights for many cars like 92-95 toyota corolla, 92-95 civic, evo4-based mitsubishi lancer, 91-96 bmw 3/5 series, and many more for about $200-300...
as for the angel eyes....there are 2 types, about $90 and $180, both are taiwan-made
but from what i see i hte pic, it's from VW golf, isn't it?
