I see no reason not to provide the utmost in customer service when...
it's pretty clear that a lot of guys on these boards buy from you. I HAD been since 2002. My name is Friday, and here's my story. Autolumination, well, I have bought MANY bulbs from Chris, and I have had some break, burn out in a week.... I never complained. Many of them LED's. last week, I got a set of silvervision and one just crumbled in my hand. I e mailed him, he gave me a song and dance, then never returned my e mails. he's not the only guy selling Led's. and I hold a grudge. It's a 2$ bulb (retail) for God's sake. When my customer's say jump, I say, "how high?". So there.

as for the bulbs... yeah thats pretty crappy. Maybe skip the chinsy bulbs and spend your energy and money on other things.

as for my energy, got plenty. as for whoring, this board is slower that the B6 board 8-O.
I'm gonna start my own board where people post non stop, pics, crap, nonsense.....and everybody loves it! ....or is that OT? 10,000 plus and going strong.

If the guy sold you $2 worth of bulbs, do you think he can make much of a living by sending you (and everyone else)another $2 bulb because you broke it on installation? Watch out for those Third world aftermarket parts, sometimes you get what you pay for too...

Purchase by a credit card whenever possible and dispute the charge. I usually give the vendor a chance to make it right, after that I call my CC company who promptlu reverses the charge and the vendor now gets to deal with a bigger hassle.
